“In my opinion, the men created an intimidating presence at the entrance to a poll,” he declared. “In all my experience in politics, in civil rights litigation and in my efforts in the 1960s to secure the right to vote in Mississippi … I have never encountered or heard of another instance in the United States where armed and uniformed men blocked the entrance to a polling location.”
Bartle Bull

Bartle Bull accuses the Obama Administration of corruption in handling the Philadelphia Black Panthers charges of Voter Intimidation in the November 2008 case that was dismissed by Steve Rosenbaum & Loretta King, both political appointees working in the Obama Administration. A lifelong Democrat, and having worked in the Carter Administration, he says he supported McCain because he believes Obama is a “hustler.”

    Dear Sir,
I want to commend you for speaking out on this matter. I must say, I find this story amazing! Not just because I am a Philadelphian, but because I AM an AMERICAN! And where is the media outrage? ABSENT. Thank goodness for FOX news and kudos to Megyn Kelly. I am outraged by all that this administrtion is getting away with since in office, but this one is SO in your face.

I applaud you, Mr. Bull and I particularly felt, in my heart, your conviction that Martin Luther King and Bobby Kennedy did not die for this to be happening in these United States. I wholeheartedly agree with you. This MUST stop. I don’t recognize the Democratic party anymore. Would RFK or JFK be in line with this administration’s credo that “No serious crisis should ever go to waste”? I don’t think so.

I thank you and so respect your time and effort in this matter. If there is anything a citizen can do to help, please let me know. I have already contacted a Kevin Ferris, writer for the Philadelphia Inquirer, and he informs me that he will have another piece relating to this story in this Sunday’s paper. I believe he has also interviewed J. Christian Adams.

    Respectfully,

    P Durning

  4. [...] Hey, remember how a few months ago a story exploded about how the Obama Administration’s DOJ dropped the charges against some members of the New Black Panther Party for voter intimidation–after the case had already been won? Yeah, I also recall that, according to most of the liberal elites, we conservatives were all a bunch of dirty “RAAAAACITSTS!!” for even bringing this story up–even though one of the witnesses to the Black Panthers’ shenanigans was none other than life-long civil rights attorney Bartle Bull.
